1. Provider and scope

[Name/company], [address] (“we”) provides a software service that generates documents for air passenger compensation claims from the information you enter and from public data sources. These terms apply to every purchase on this website.

2. What you buy

“Kit”: a letter to the airline, a short text for the airline’s web form, an evidence pack (Eurocontrol ATFM delay data and METAR weather reports for the flight day, where available), an escalation plan and a checklist. “Kit Plus” additionally contains a pre-written complaint for the competent ADR scheme or regulator and a second reminder letter. All documents are delivered as a web page you can print or save as PDF, accessible through a personal link that we also send to your email address.

3. No legal services

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, representation or debt collection. We do not assess your individual case; the documents are assembled automatically from your inputs. You remain the sole claimant and keep 100 % of any compensation. We give no guarantee that the airline will pay.

4. Price and payment

During the launch phase the kit is provided free of charge in exchange for your email address (see privacy notice). Once paid plans are enabled: the price shown before purchase is a one-off fee including VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We do not store card details.

5. Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([email]) of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Loss of the right of withdrawal: the kit is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. If you expressly request that we begin delivery immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (the checkbox at checkout), the right of withdrawal expires when the kit is made available to you.

Model withdrawal form: To [name, address, email]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content: [kit, order number], ordered on [date], name and address of consumer, signature (only if on paper), date.

6. Your obligations

You confirm that the information you enter is accurate and that you are entitled to claim for the passengers named. Check the generated documents before sending them.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. The data sources used (Eurocontrol, METAR archives) are third-party data; we do not guarantee their completeness.

8. Governing law
